The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible to look after all recruitment and onboarding activities for Occidental Oman.
The Recruitment Team Leader responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Plan the staffing needs for Occidental Oman and oversees the hiring process.
  • Manage key stakeholders internally and externally on all recruitment matters.
  • Track and present recruitment progress to clients including management team.
  • Manage all projects related to recruitment.
  • Present Oxy in different relevant committees as needed.
Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or any related majors.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in human resources, in which at least 4 years in recruitment and at least 2 years in supervisory role.
  • Experience on managing redeployment cases is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills.
