Role Summary: 
To safely and compliantly work with a team of professionals to assist installation, maintenance, trouble shooting, optimization of Progressive cavity pumps

Essential Responsibilities: 
The Field Specialist is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. Follows an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
• Assist in maintaining procedure manuals
• Assist in installation, repair, maintenance loadouts / backloads of equipment at the workshop.
• Assist in surface and downhole equipment assembly, inspection, repair/ refurbishing, test bench operation and borescope.
• Assist in repair, test and maintain tools and customer equipment at workshop.
• Assist to organize, select, arrange shipment and receive tools and equipment
• Assist to process service tickets
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Assist field services engineers in pre-job planning.

Qualifications/Requirements: 
• Diploma in electrical engineer GPA 2.7
• Active listener and very good communication skills in English
• Proactive and high level of integrity.
• Strives for achieving the Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
• He/she is a team player, able to effectively communicate with multifunctional teams.
• Willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis.
• Available to travel at short notice

Desired Characteristics: 
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Spoken/understanding of other languages
• Is available for short assignments abroad
