Branding
• Coordinate implementation of brand guidelines throughout the organisation and supervise correct and consistent implementation of the brand
• Coordinate the development of any brand material (presentations, brochures, campaigns, advertisements, press releases, gifts, etc)
• Advise and support all departments within the organization on application of brand across any implementation, communication or activity
• Coordinate with Advertisement agency to provide all creative work for branding and campaigns
• Prepare all collateral for sign-off by Senior Manager Marcom
• Monitor implementation of brand campaigns
• Responsible for the Internal communications with regards to any brand related aspects
• Develop the Brand Plan by liaising with the Marcom team
• Maintain and update brand guidelines and procedures as required
• Evaluate Brand Health reports and coordinate corresponding action plans

Reporting
• Generate daily/weekly/quarterly section performance reports that are disseminated, followed-up and filed appropriately
• Prepare and present post campaign evaluation reports including data entry and analysis and producing reports for all stakeholders

People Management
• Motivate and empower direct reports by providing the necessary tools and support required to support the Section
• Establish clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Section
• Build opportunities for Section members to suggest, participate in and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Provide guidance and ensure that the Section complies with Omantel’s policies, processes, practices and systems
